Selsey RNLI inshore lifeboat (ILB) Betty and Thomas Moore launched at 8:03pm on Thursday 2 September to investigate a report from a member of the public that a kite boarder was in difficulty approximately 400 yards offshore from Pagham Yacht Club.

The ILB arrived on scene at 8:12pm and carried out a search of the reported position and surrounding area but found nothing...
